I am a Personal Trainer, Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism Coach, and Nutritional Therapy Practitioner working in the Winston-Salem and Greensboro areas. My goal is to help individuals improve their physical and emotional well-being through exercise and nutritional guidance.
I can absolutely help you achieve specific goals such as weight-loss, muscle gain, and more! However, my primary goal is to help you incorporate health and fitness into your life in a sustainable and life changing way through a comprehensive and holistic approach.

Bethany has been training me for a little over a year. I am a single mom to a young child and my free time is very limited. Bethany has been extremely flexible, working around my schedule, so I have that time for myself to better myself. She personalizes my workouts so that I don’t feel old injuries and has made it so I enjoy working out again. Bethany has gone over and beyond to create daily workouts (without asking for additional payment) so when we are not training, I can work out on my own.
She genuinely loves what she does and cares about her clients. She is an amazing trainer and I’m thankful she didn’t give up on me.

Beth is an awesome trainer. She is extremely flexible and knowledgeable. I’m a trainer and coach and yet I trust Beth to develop programs for both myself and my two boys. My oldest son is 18 and 6’4” 345 lbs and is a very gifted athlete both very strong and explosive. He plays football and will be going to Clemson University this January on a football scholarship. My youngest son is 12 and relatively new to working out. I’m a 54 year old former D1 football player with a variety of aches and pains that sometimes limits what I’m able to do on any given day. But the former athlete in me doesn’t always allow me to acknowledge those limitations.
Beth is able to create workouts that both challenge my oldest son, inspire my youngest and yet be safe enough for an old former football player who doesn’t always know his limitations. Although we all present different challenges and have different strengths and weaknesses she always manages to create workouts that deliver results. I couldn’t be more pleased.

I’ve been training with Bethany for a little over a year. I have three small kids, a full-time job and a business to run. She is ALWAYS flexible and understanding of scheduling obstacles. I’ve always enjoyed working out, especially running. But when I exercised on my own, I expected too much too soon and was usually so overwhelmed with everyday life that I grew frustrated that I wasn’t seeing results. Bethany has introduced me to challenging workout regimens that add variety and push me to gain strength. My workouts have become the stress relief and release I need. Not only am I in better shape than I’ve ever been, my mind is clear because I’m making time for myself to get and stay healthy! My family deserves the best version of me, and I give Bethany 100% of the credit for helping me achieve that!

In addition to in-person training, Bethany helps guide your nutrition to make sure you are fueling your body appropriately and provides additional at home workouts you can do at home. She has the discipline of a trainer AND the compassion of being a fellow mama!
