Why might you need a pregnant & postpartum coach?
During my pregnancy journey, I quickly realized there was a lack of knowledge on how to navigate fitness during the pregnant and postpartum chapters. I was told by a few medical professionals to continue doing what I was doing in the gym, and others told me not to lift more than 20 pounds. As a fitness professional, I knew that neither of those pieces of advice were necessarily true for myself and my abilities. I chose to seek out a top tier certification in pregnancy and postpartum athleticism, so that I could successfully navigate through my own journey and help other women with theirs as well. I joined a wonderful global team of pregnancy and postpartum athleticism coaches by taking Brianna Battles P&PA course.
